What excites you the most about being a Peer Mentor? I am most excited about the opportunity to connect to first year students and provide information that will aid them throughout their college career.
Why do you think FYS 101 courses are important? FYS 101 courses are important because they allow students to catch a glimpse of what college classes look like but gain skills that they will use during their college career such as time management, how to use resources on campus and more.
What is your favorite activity to do in Knoxville? I love finding and trying new restaurants around Knoxville with friends.
What is your go-to snack food? My go-to snack is goldfish.
Give your best piece of advice for first-year students: Get involved! UT is a large school but getting involved will allow you to meet people who have similar interest in you and make UT feel more like home.
