What excites you the most about being a Peer Mentor? As somebody who has grown up in Knoxville and always loved UT, I am most excited to share the love of this university and city with new vols and help them make the most of their first year on campus.
Why do you think FYS 101 courses are important? I think FYS 101 courses are important because they introduce first year students to people that are going through the same experiences which they might not have otherwise met. They also are so helpful for learning all the ins and outs of life at UT, such as how to navigate campus, what resources they have, etc.
