Academic Success Advocate
Biography
Prior to arriving at UT in April 2019, Krystal worked at Amarillo College as a Career Navigator and Transition Advisor. Her duties included teaching ABE to HSE and ESL students, and advising students transitioning from the AEL programs into the community college. In her role as an Academic Success Advocate, Krys advocates for students’ academic success, fosters healthy campus partnerships, and brings awareness to the importance of the ASA’s roles and Academic Alert.
