Jessica Osborne

Biography

Most recently, Osborne was senior associate director of the Academic Success Center with over 15 years in student services, student success interventions, undergraduate and graduate high-impact practices, learning outcome development, assessment, and research. A native of Kingsport, TN, Osborne has a PhD in education psychology and research from the University of Tennessee, MFA in creative writing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and BA in English from Elon University. She lives in North Knoxville with her spouse and two children.
