What are you most looking forward to about being a Peer Mentor?
I am looking forward to being the helpful hand to all the first year students and hopefully building new friendships along the way.
What is your advice for First-Year Students?
The best thing to do is to step outside of your comfort zone and get involved. You never know who you might meet or what you may experience if you don't put yourself out there.
What is your favorite annual event that happens on campus and why?
My favorite event on campus is finals because of the free massages given in Hodges. They are a really great way to wind down and relieve stress.
Describe the color orange:
Very warm and vibrant.
Where would you spend your last five dollars on the strip?
Most likely Cookout.
Best dining location on campus?
Stokely Hall hands down.
Would you rather take a picture with live smokey or the costumed smokey mascot?
Pro tip for surviving your first year at UT?
All food is free if you know how to finesse correctly.
What notable alum would you want to be your Peer Mentor?
If you had unlimited dining dollars, where would you spend them?
I would definitely cash out on snacks from the pod.
What is your favorite place on campus?
It's a tie between the radio station and the student union.
