Remember when you learned about LGBTQ history in high school? Yeah. I didn’t think so. In this seminar we will learn about the major events in queer and trans American history from the 1950’s to the present. We’ll investigate how direct action and protest pushed equality forward and analyze how can history teach us how to deal with challenges today.
